Biography
The Story Behind the Methodology
Nigel Collin is a leading expert in mindset, innovation, and adaptability for sustainable growth. As founder of the trademarked Game of Inches® methodology, he empowers organisations to embrace change and become more adaptive through small, practical steps.
Renowned for his engaging, research-driven storytelling, Nigel draws on unique case studies from his Ingenious Oz research, combining real-world business experience with academic rigour to align bottom-up ingenuity with organisational strategy.
He started his first business at 20 and sold it at 21, going on to build one of Australia's most prominent creative entertainment design companies. In 2013, armed with a video camera, Nigel set off solo on his motorbike to discover ingenious Australians and share their stories.
When not speaking, working with clients, writing or riding his motorcycle, he spends his time between Sydney and the rural mid-north coast of NSW with his family.
